Exploding rear window
Same thing just happened to me. 2010 Raptor. Temp outside is just barely below freezing and we had lots of snow. (Yes I know it is May. Gotta love Calgary weather.)
Turned on the defrost, was a few blocks from home and BANG! Took me a while to realize it was the rear window. Luckily it spider-webbed but stayed in place so I taped it up as best I can and will look to get it fixed next week.
I've used the rear defrost for 6 months out of the year for the past 3.5 years with temps as low as -40C so it blowing today was sure a surprise! Temp differential doesn't seem to have anything to do with the problem.

I'm happy to hear the window only spider-webbed.
Have you been able to talk to your dealer about it? Please send me more details from the dealer's diagnosis and your odometer reading; I want to help.Bianca
