Hardcore, here's a little medicine recommendation for the FX4 withdrawal syndrome - stop by a SoCal Ford dealer and take an F150 out for a test drive. If that doesn't work, then test drive a Chevy, Dodge or Toyota, then thank the Lord that you don't own one!

I'm with ya hardcore. I enjoy driving the Wifey's Mustang, but it doesn't take very long until I ask myself why the he** didn't I take the F-150 instead.

I feel ya! I had my truck in the shop for 5 days getting bodywork done and had to drive a hybrid all week, couldn't be happier to be back in my truck!

I have it all the time I work in the oilfield, but only drive my truck to Texas to work every other month (my buddy drives the other month) when it's not my turn to drive it is 2 weeks before I can see my truck. When I'm at home my wife and I take my truck everywhere because I can not stand riding in her Altima while my precious fx4 stays home in the driveway lol

Im in the same boat. Im in nice sunny socal as well and am thinking about my truck sitting at the edmonton airport all cold and lonely. On the plus side i think Anaheim drivers are even worse than Albertans. Didnt even think that was possible.

Yes, I get this all the time. I'm spoiled as I use my truck every day for work (somewhat bittersweet) though, as using it for work accelerates mileage and wear.

But sometimes I force my self to leave it parked, just so I can miss it more. Like today, kids insisted on taking it out on our family venture yet I left it parked to give it a break.

I go crazy though when I'm away from it for even just hours, days and weeks are brutal. I have my truck parked in front of the house where I can peer out and glimpse at it every 10 errr 15-20 minutes.

I go insane leaving it in almost any public parking lot. Yes sir I know what you mean.

You think that's weird, when I'm forced to drive my wife's Subaru Outback, I find my self making little EcoBoost "turbo" noises with my mouth as I drive around, but it doesn't quite work the same.

Another example is I find myself making huge wide turns in her car. Just today we took the family ice skating and pulled into the parking garage. I hit the turn into the garage extra wide (used to a 157" F-150) and my wife says " Hey your not driving your truck, you can hit that turn tighter in the car"

Whew, I'm not crazy after all. I miss my girl every time I drive the Kia.
