I guess I should have said "depends on the price". If a great body, interior, and under $15k I might do it....might
If I was trying to hit a price point, I would go older and much less miles. Keep the trim simple and look for a good body, undercarriage.
The risk in any used vehicle is "will I need to put a lot of money into it". Some trims, engines, etc., have higher risk than others (even if the reliability is equal, the cost of replacement can be dramatically different).
