Default Experience with G-Force Performance chip???

They have an ad on this board and claim up to 60 HP gain and 4-7 MPG increase. And all for $69, with a money-back guarantee. It just sounds too good to be true, doesn't it. Anybody familiar with them or tried their chip? Here's their link.

you know why people say its BS? because it is! anything claiming to add 60 HP and 5 MPG with a $70 (.10$) resistor is complete crap.

I def agree on the BS. There are hundreds of companys trying to pull this off. Look on ebay, and see what comes up. Whats funny is some people actually think it helps. Like kozal01 said, its just a 10 cent resistor in a box with a fancy little sticker on it. All of them say to wire into the Intake Air Temp sensor (IAT). As the temp in the intake air increases the resistance in the IAT decreases, so by adding this so called chip, it fools the signal going back to the PCM with the added resistance inside it.

You know the old saying. "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is."

oook, Now I see. I thought there was more to it than that. Although if you have a 7.3 powerstroke then its not BS at all.
