Question Exhaust System for 2014 FX4

I have been wanting to get a new exhaust on my truck but not sure what to get. I want a low rumble with no popping, and not too loud on acceleration. Any ideas would be very helpful.

Default Exhaust System for 2014 FX4

I installed a Banks Monster 3" In/3"Out Stainless muffler in place of my factory muffler and it has a slight rumble at idle and not to to loud at WOT. Couldn't be happier with it!

I got a stock Raptor exhaust takeoff for mine. Overall made the tone a little lower sounding. For only $150 i figured i couldn't pass it up. And it looks better with dual tips.

Note: Mine is a 2013 FX4 with the 5.0.

Sounds like you want the same thing I have, Magnaflow, it's the mildest system they make. Just a tad louder than stock but will growl like American muscle should when you put your foot down.

Don't let the application year fool you, it fits 2011-2014 crew cab/5.5' or supercab/6.5' bed, all engines except ecoboost.

Looks good on truck as well, but that would be suggestive.

Love it.

I just took a 15" Borla XR-1 and welded it in place of the factory muffler. It's definitely gotten slightly louder and deeper since making this video a year ago.

Another vote for the Raptor (take-off) exhaust system.
