Hey, for you guys 40yr & older...what exhaust do you guys recommend? I want a nice deep tone, not teenager loud, and no drone at hwy speeds??? I'm looking for a SI/DO muffler...what size are the factory exhaust pipes going in & out?

Do you want a whole new exhaust or just a muffler swap? Just had my muffler swapped out a couple days ago and it sounds great, it's a 14" magnaflow SISO. I didn't want any drone because of the wife and kid and it's minimal if at all.

Which magnaflow are y'all talking about. All the ones I know of are loud as heck.

I have a Magnflow and it's got a pretty loud drone when the RPM is just right - highway speeds. Kinda loud for someone like me that's 40 - with 14 years experience

I have the 12288 magnaflow si/do ...no drone at all

I have Banks monster dual exhaust and it is perfect. You spend extra money but you get no drone in the cab( which I hate), stainless steel, and great sound. Highly highly recommended. Good luck
