Default Engine Coolant

For those who do their own fluid changes, what engine coolant are you using? I heat the yellow coolant if the new best but other than FoMoCo I'm not sure who has it or what to look for.
I bought some 150K mile Prestone that is supposed to be the best but it's green. Looks like conventional coolant that's been around for the last 80 years.

I used Ford yellow in my 2018.
But if I remember correctly when heater core tsb came out for the transit vans it said to obtain prestone cor guard locally.
The original tsb was 18-2172.
I have a feeling what we get in the fancy motorcraft bottle is or could be prestone.

I've been running the Prestone Heavy duty since a full drain over a year ago. No issues. It's yellow and Oat, Hoat, Poat, Goat, Boat and whatever else compliant.

I went with the MC new Yellow. Got it from Amazon or RockAuto.

i figured for a life 10years, 100k miles, it wasn't worth trying anything else or worrying about a couple bucks per gallon more in price.

Motorcraft Yellow.

I do five-six drain/refills with distilled water to remove 97% of old coolant. Then drain and refill with concentrate for a 50/50 mix.

This was my truck’s third coolant change in 175k miles. Figure changes are better done early than have to change corroded turbo coolant lines and leaky fittings. So far so good.
