Question Engine Coolant

I'm not a coolant genius, but my local shop told me red coolant can possibly crystallize over time and green coolant is what I want for my 11' 5.0. Currently it has red coolant. Anyone have any thoughts on this? If you think I should flush my system can someone tell me where my radiator drain plug is?

There's nothing wrong with the Ford coolant as long as you change it when recommended. The intervals are in the manual.

I would advise against changing the coolant if you still want to keep your warranty. If you have any cooling system related failure, Ford won't cover it, even if it had nothing to do with coolant type.

I'd stick to ford red unless otherwise noted from ford about coolant changes with different coolant.
