Default Cosco pricing info

I have not heard of this and I get Cosco info all the time from them. When you say Employee Pricing are you saying this would compare to the Ford Letter series discounts for their actual employee's and family?

Interesting sale but depending on the tire you get it won't be that great of a deal. I work for the largest tire dealer in the world and most tires don't have a very big profit margin. It's a volume business kinda like fast food. That's not true of all tires, but if you go in there trying to buy a Michelin/BFG, Goodyear, Beidgestone you might save $5-$10 a tire. Everyone carries them so to have competitive retail pricing you aren't even marking it up double digits. It sounds more like a gimmick get you in the door sale. Good marketing tactic nonetheless I know a lot of customers come in buying michelins thinking my Profit Per Unit must be like a $100, in reality $15-$25 tops PPU is what I'm looking at.

Buy a brand or model of tire that only they carry those are marked up a little more.

My $0.02

I could be wrong but pretty sure he was asking about the $1000 off that canadians get by having a costco membership.

Oops, I should have looked more closely. I read Costco and assumed tires... Sorry about the derailment.

Long night, I should go to bed and stop posting lol.

Costco has these types of offers in the US, i. e. adding a bonus in addition to normal Costco pricing. However, I have never seen Ford participate. Right now it is Powersports, see right side of this page: http://www.costcoauto.com/default.aspx

You will find that page AFTER you put in your zipcode.

Not sure what they would consider employee pricing, but I could sure use the extra 1000 off.

I just picked up a 2014 XLT in Canada a few weeks ago. The employee pricing discount was around $5000-$6000. There was also another $6000 delivery allowance and a $750 credit for financing.

They have the costco $1000 deal here about 3 times a year.
