Default Electrical terminal pin ID

Hey guys new to the forum,

I scraped a pole coming out of a car wash and ended up replacing my rear passenger door.
(whoops pic for s&g)
The parts yard I purchased the door from had cut the wiring harness connector to the door off for some reason. After I lined the door up and put the door card on I cut the old connector off my trash door thinking finding the terminal pins would be an easy find (oops)

Ford couldn’t ID the terminals and told me to just buy a new harness for $90

Can anyone ID and possibly source these terminal pins?

Ford has a terminal repair kit but it's more expensive than the price they quoted you on the harness, here's a possible solution. https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...B&gclsrc=aw.ds

Ford's connectors are made by TE connectivity/Amp, the smaller male pins should be #1438299-4 (matching female pin is #1393366-1). The other pins will be in the same series, just larger. If you can tell me the length and width of just the flat pin part of them, I can try to find ones that match. Measure in millimeters please and be as precise as you can. Also, can you tell me where the connector was in the door. I can try and look at my truck this weekend.

As far as the small pins are concerned, you can find them at digikey:
https://www.digikey.com/product-deta...8CT-ND/5629086

They are a whopping 18 cents a piece.

I did a little digging. The larger pins should be #1326029-4
Digikey has those as well:
https://www.digikey.com/product-deta...DKR-ND/8548891
They are 38 cents a piece.

You could also get the terminal repair kit from ford if you don't want to mess with crimping connectors. More pricey than individual pins but cheaper than a harness.
DU2Z-14474-BA Terminal Repair Kit Female, 0.64 mm
DU2Z-14474-EA Terminal Repair Kit Female, 2.8 mm
EU2Z-14421-AA Terminal Repair Kit Male, 0.64 mm
EU2Z-14421-EA Terminal Repair Kit Male, 2.8 mm

I hope this helps!

Awesome those look like a match I ordered 10 of each. I’ll wait until they arrive before I do anything. If they don’t match then I’m going to take my original ones and solder them to the harness on the new door. Had to pull fuse 12 to get my dome lights to turn off until then 😬

thanks a lot!
