Default electrical oops....

Sooo......had some issues with my 2009 Plat trailer wiring. Lights ok, the OEM TBC would not recognize my trailer and thus took it in for a service / checkup. Ford, looked at it, "changed a fuse" and ZAP CRACLE SNAP.....dead truck. Got things back in order, no mirrors, running boards, lights, wipers, etc....lol......oops!

So anyways, ends up it was a fuse. I asked....what caused it to blow?..."we don't know, it was a fuse."

So they get it wrapped up, I get it home, one mirrors doesn't fold in now and 'grinds' while moving, boards a re v-e-r-y slow, and the Synnc glitches.....

I used to have a nice truck, alas, I fear I'm headed for a replacement only 9 months in. My remote job does not fit kindly with a shady electrical system in the truck.....and I think a service tech mucked it up somehow....or exacerbated the problem while exploring the original short. Thing is, the Ford guys aren't helping me out AT ALL!?! I am looking at a 10K better deal from other brands.....and at that price I have no loyalty...haha

Just had to vent a little....hahaha.....already feels better.

Yeah...up here in Kanuckistan I think I'm FUBAR......no one really cares about individuals up here, the CAW (auto union) pretty much runs the show in their favor......but I will look into it as advised.

There IS Lemon Laws in some provinces, I can't speak for Alberta, but I know we have it here in Nova Scotia.
