Default Electrical issues

I have a 2011 F150 5.0, truck has been sitting a lot lately but when drove it recently my entire gauge cluster wasn’t working when in park it’ll keep restarting. The built ford tough screen pops up a few times. When driving it doesn’t pop up it’s just off. Also I believe my power steering isn’t working correctly. It’s incredibly hard to steer, all of it happened around the same time. I have not checked a single thing yet just hoping to be pointed in the right direction thanks!

1. Welcome to the forum.
2.

3. Check the health of the battery.
4. Check the grounds at the kick panels.
5. Scan for DTCs.

I'ii add to chk the u-joints in the steering shaft...They are prone to seize up as age sets in & I would think they are well due to failure ?? (especially the lower joint)
