Question Bogging When Cold

Hi All!
I have a 2012 3.5 ecoboost that in the morning will bog really bad. I will have the throttle 2/3rds of the way down and the vacuum will stick at 2.62 on the gauge before all of a sudden hitting boost and taking off. It will do it leaving work as well in the afternoon if its cold out. If its warmer out it wont. Seems like above or below freezing is the threshold of it acting up or not. After that it will drive somewhat normal but down on power like 15%. Also it feels like it is shifting into a higher gear to soon. It has a random misfire at idle as well but does have fresh plugs and boots. If its warmer in the morning it wont bog, but still feels low on power all the time. If I clear the KAM it seems to be better for about a day. I have replaced all 3 MAP sensors on the intake, cleaned the throttle body and changed out the PCV valve. Anybody ever have a similar situation or have any ideas? No CEL. I was wondering if it could be the throttle body going bad? Truck has about 140k miles.

Thanks,
Mark
