One thing to note on the 6.2 power though... Ford rated it using premium fuel. From the Ford brochure, "6.2L horsepower and torque achieved with premium fuel."
They recommend using 87 octane to run it, but they quote it's power after testing with premium. Odd.
I am sure that is the same with all engines.

My opinion is to buy the 6.2. You'll just complain about the low end torque this little 3.5 puts out ;-)
It has to do with exchange rates. The price was set when the dollar was more valuable then the CDN dollar. Now that they are just about 1:1, Canada is giving larger discounts off of MSRP to compensate.

I know, I was just kidding :-)
Thanks though!

No, it's only the 6.2. Maybe it has something to do when it was tested for the SD's.

So I know that this is an old thread. But, does anyone who bought a 6.2 have an update? Regretting it, or loving it?

6.2 - 45k miles. 40k of those miles with mods, runs perfect, no leaks, doesn't burn any oil. 12mpg avg with heavier and more aggressive tires than stock (14 avg before swapping tires).

475/490 at the crank and I drive it HARD. Love it.

My next question was going to be for both the 6.0 and EV folks who added bigger tires (35's). How do each of the motors react to the mods? Can they each handle the 35's effortlessly?

Turbos isn't anything new! I feel that it's a good engine and it will be the future of trucks and the times.

Turbocharged engines blow naturally aspirated motors away, 'cause they suck.

Could not be happier and love the piece of mind of knowing I will never have an EPAS or turbo/intercooler problem Yes I know it has old school power steering and a v8 with lots of plugs

Seriously, I love this truck. It pulls real hard and makes that wonderful noise
