My truck sits dead level without weight because of the lift. So any weight that causes sag looks magnified because of the absence of the factory rake. To answer your question yes you can help with the sag, by a WDH or air bags, or the Ra's system. One or a combination of the 3 will be installed in mine this year I'm sure

Nice, I've seen air bags before and the valves were either side of the license plate. I only tow a wake boarding boat and it's not near as heavy as that tractor I would imagine, and it even brings the *** end down a little.

I want the RAS now to get rid of wheelhop, but I also want to run bags again for heavy towing and run an on-board compressor this time around. I have to figure out how to make that work.

Try locking out 6th gear. You'll gain a few rpms but drop boost and that'll help your mpg's.

Thanks for starting this thread. One of these days I'm going to get a camper and it's nice to see the Ecoboost tows a decent size one well. I like the look and setup of those Keystones, they'll definitely be on my list of ones to look at when the time comes!

Ras does work with bags as well. Think I'll go with the Ras as I'm not always near a compressor

For those that aren't in the know, simply (-) on your gear selector switch in (D) mode and you can "lock out" the gear.

My experience is towing boats and a 20' enclose trailer. Boats are double axle trailer and 6500-8000 lb set ups. The 5.4 pulled the above well. It was working but would hold overdrive on the flat and shift down in minor hills. From a dig or to pass it would take a while to accomplish but it managed the loads well. Switching to the eb was crazy in that I could accelerate with ease and hold gears up hills in 6th. To accelerate , it would shift to 5th and easily gain speed. The power at lower Rpms was noticeable and even where I caused the truck to shift down a gear low to mid 2000 Rpms resulted in loads of torque to move the load. The family was much more relaxed with less Rpms and less drama with the power to early adjust speeds for terrain or traffic. Towing is a pleasure with this truck. Oh and add a row tune and it gets even better almost ridiculous as to how easily it gets to hwy speed from a dig with 8k lbs. surprises a LOT of people....

Had a little load on last weekend, first time I've towed with it and it did pretty good. Still learning it's not my old dually though lol.

Total weight was right around 7000# the trailer has a 24' deck on it.
