I'm going Friday to a muffler shop gonna have them weld me in a pipe from where I cut the resonator off all the way to where the factory exhaust comes off the muffler

I did the Solo catted DP, left the stock reso and installed the Corsa cat-back. The DP's have a reso in place as well.. here's a video from cold start.

Man, I wish I could do resonator only, then muffler only and then straight pipe. Then I can decide which would be suitable for me. Right now it's pretty nice, but I still want more turbo noise

Then quit messing around with the cat back set ups and put on some downpipes. That's the only way you are going to hear more turbo noise. And while the whistle is nice, keep in mind these are 2 little turbos, these trucks are never gonna sound like a 6.0 Powerstroke.

Ye.. After all, it's only a V6.. down pipes are not quite in the budget and pretty sure warranty wouldn't like that. Supposedly if you touch anything before the resonator, you can run into warranty issues. Not sure if that's true. Too bad I can't get the whistle without the drone... Perhaps this is my answer?

Lol yeah DP aren't cheap plus having to pay to get them put on. The best exhaust for whistle is the corsair from all my research and videos I've seen
