couple options listed on thread, looking a tbillet, they all seem to be made from aircraft alluminium, the major difference being if they come with the brackets or just screw into the plastic on the sides.

The ones with brackets cost more obviously, but if your handy enough to slap a couple brackets together or dont care where it screws in, the Ebay options are your best bet I think.

There are a couple links for the ones with brackets equipped as well as some on Ebay, youll have to look at those to compare.

Carraige Works 44383 @ Autoanything is what I bought for $98.

But it's sitting on the workbench in the garage, I'm waiting for the first post to say "My turbos overheated due to the grill and Ford won't pay". If that happens, it'll be on ebay the next day.
I hope no problems and then I'll install it around September, when it cools down a bit. I like the look of this one but there are others that are a little cheaper.
I hate the hole in my bumper, they'll probably fix it in 2012...

The grill is not going to affect the turbos one bit. The intercooler cools the air coming out of the turbos, not going in to them. Besides, the turbos are liquid cooled and oil lubricated. Their temp is kept constant by coolant temp.

If you are concerned about temps hook a temp sensor up to a multi-meter and drop it in the intake tubing somewhere. Then go for a few drives with and without the grill on. I doubt you'd see even a 2 degree difference in temp on average.

I've got 12k miles, had rocks kicked at my truck, hit birds, and driven the truck pretty hard. Don't have one. Like others have said if it's big enough to hurt, it's going to hurt.

Looks like I'm digging up an old thread. I've seen all the heated discussions about the potential for harm, or performance hits.

I'm gonna say for me, living at 6000' elevation (where temps are low), it isn't going to hurt me much.
