No problems or issues, except my odometer seems to rack up more miles that some of these others.

2013 FX4 screw 32,140 miles (my wife used as a commuter for the first 10 months).
No issues related to the ecoboost. I love this power plant with the 6speed. I pull a 4 place sled trailer 3-5 times a year from central Minnesota to Wyoming snowmobiling and it's great. 15.5 lifetime avg on the clock with no resets since I bought it new and that's with 9000 miles of towing

Default Threw #2 rod

At 5400 miles I upgraded cac, throttle body, charge pipe, intake, cat back exhaust and tuner from stage 3. Truck blew up that day while cruising. I told the dealer everything and they couldn't believe it. Ford covered the entire repair and installed new motor and turbos as well as all of my aftermarket parts. That was 400 miles ago.

4 batteries so far, Dead nine times so far...

wipers wouldn't turn off, had to replace entire multi function switch.

rear end pop/creak/squeak noise, finally fixed after 3 times in.

lights in center stack for rear defrost and heated mirrors crapped out last month.

Tranny slammed into 4th gear on downshift in very cold weather, reflashed TCM and that seemed to solve it.

rear brakes were squeaking bad, dealer said its normal. I pulled everything apart and cleaned and lubed all slide points ETC magically no more noise...

Vacuum pump runs at startup now for about a minute, pump the brakes more than 3 times and the vacuum pump comes back on...

Battery minder message comes on occasionally as soon as you turn the truck off.

Horrible fuel mileage, 14.0mpg lifetime average....

So with all these issues Ford refuses to buy back or replace this truck..

I can assure you I will never buy another Ford vehicle after all the BS I have had with this truck......

Use the Lemon Law?

11.500 miles on my 2013 FX4 SCREW EcoBoost, no issues so far, averaging 16.6 total MPG. My 2011 Lariat 5.0 engine had 32,000 miles on t when I sold it, never once went back to the dealer except for routine oil changes and a ripped seat cushion that was my fault, which they took care of under warranty. I love my Fords !!!!!!
