7 AM tomorrow and meeting with the shop foreman. Called him on his cell twice and he answered both times right away. At least Ray Arrebollo is a decent dude, regardless of whether or not what he told me was BS. What an absolute nightmare.... Again HardcoreFXFour , we are reverse eskimo brothers, we both keep getting ****ed by Ford.

Autozone sells spark plug gapping tools for about $2. there is a small bolt holding in each coil pack, If I remember correctly it is 5/16". Remove that bolt, pull out coil pack and you now have access to spark plug. Use spark plug socket to remove spark plug. Gap to .030-.032 based on your $2 tool. See if there is a bunch of crud on plug. Black coating near threads, grey tip is normal.

when retightening, only use the same amount of force it took to remove it (very very slightly more).

I am sure there is a video on how to check spark plugs on You tube.

Yes sir. I'm not having as many mechanical problems as you are but the little annoyances are just as bad. My truck is headed back to the shop tomorrow. After that, I'm fed up. I'll take any interest rate I can get to get out of this POS.

It's just sad. They don't listen to their consumers. They really don't. They are used to the run of the mill idiots who come in and don't know anything. I was sitting there at the dealership last time and someone came in with a fusion ecoboost and the check engine light was on. "Yea we're booked today... It's driving fine right? Ok, we'll see you on Wednesday..." LOL!

Lol, the best part is I think you're joking. I don't understand any of your issues, and again, I don't care. Help if you want, or don't.

I don't understand how a post like this helps... Why do people not give **** to the people who ACTUALLY deserve it... Like that idiot with the "fastest ecoboost" he was talking about draping his nut sack on his hood... I just will never understand... Oh well.

Wish you all the best with your trucks.

Yes, I was totally joking Kev. I figured what better way to try to lift your spirits then to bust your *****. I guess it didn't work. On to plan B.

Anyone know how someone would go about shipping a keg of beer through Fed-Ex?
