I hardly consider my local dealership "Professionals". They are mearly robots that only function and make decisions based on what the computer tells them to do. You cannot talk to them about anything. They are literally ignorant to the functions of the vehicle. The days of the old school mechanic are long gone. That is why my truck never goes there. I would assume their may be a few more dealerships out there like mine . I have found forums to be a great source of information for all the vehicles I have owned. I do however get annoyed at the search ***** who just seem to wait for someone to post a new topic so they can hurry up and reply with "Why dont you try searching for it and reading and learn yourself". Their time would be better spent not replying at all.
