Ecoboost cold start knocking

I have just bought a 2014 Ecoboost and currently worried about a good sound knocking when starting it up in the morning. It goes away after being warmed up. I checked the oil and its fine. It seems to be coming from the front passenger side of the motor. Anyone aware of this problem? I am going to take it back to Ford next week to hopefully get an answer and fix. I will try to download a video for better understanding. Thx

Good luck getting a response, only 2 of the people who originally posted in this thread have even logged in over the past year. And both of them was over 4 months ago.
