Wow dude, you really gotta stop bashing aFe. You and one other guy on here had a bad experience and tell everyone they are "horrendous". They are just fine, their product is above any other IMO. I think it may be time to get over the 2 month wait for your intake...

Who is a vender here? I want to order an Airaid synthamax, and saw someone say they got a really sweet deal on it.

The retail price is harsh at $300+, if anyone can recall I'd really like to do that.

Check with Clark@AutoAnything; they are one of several vendors that carry our product line. Hope this helps!

Thank you!

Does it allow a lot more turbo noise?

So every time I am about to pull the trigger on the AFE stage 2 intake...I change my mind and keep looking back at these threads... Is it worth $400 for a CAI or not??

There is a little more to it then a 2 month wait. It was false advertizing and then being strait lied to no less then 3 times. We had to go strait to the Owner of Afe to get what we were told we were getting in the first place.

I agree that the quality of the intake is nice. But the dyno is a lie and has been proven.

I feel its my job at this point that anyone thinking about purchacing an intake from them know their level of customer service and ethics. Should they still get the intake from them cool, at least they were told. If they have a great experiance even better.

Again I like the intake it is still on my truck and But AFE as a company can suck a ****

IMHO

NO its not worth $400 there is no HP gain (Just looks and noise) I do have it and have for 5 months.

If I were to do it again I would go Ariad much cheaper. It just does not look as cool

And it's been proven that the heartthrob exhaust doesn't add 25hp either but you don't see people bitching about that. Give it a rest dude.
