That's a great looking bumper. Ranch Hand and Frontier make great products. They are basically the same except for small mounting differences and looks.

I've got a Ranch Hand Summit Bumper with the full brush guard. I love it.

I forgot to add that I had the square in the middle cut out and some expanded metal tacked on the back and painted to give an appropriate amount of air flow.
