Yesterday I received my brandnew OEM HID headlight kit. I just unpacked it to look at it and guess what......the Osram ballast is made in China. Having said that Osram is a German company. Global economy at its best.

Haha that sounds about right.

I just avoid any off-brand stuff coming straight out of China from eBay. Except motorcycle covers since that's hard to mess up, but it takes a month and a half to deliver lol.

I never buy anything off eBay that comes directly from China, mostly because of the long shipping time. Besides that I don't really care anymore because a lot of stuff is made there no matter what the brandname is.
