Default Easy way to disable F150 to prevent theft

Recently had two let an employee go for stealing. Needless to say things didn't go well . Changed the keys on my shop but I am pretty sure he has a set of keys for my 2013 f150 the guys drive. Just looking for any suggestions to disable the truck while parked over night for a while. Anything super quick and easy come to mind other than pulling the battery or one of the mains?

Park the truck in a secure garage at an unknown location until you can get the keys back.

This, as mentioned above. Pretty cheap and easy to use!

Hide in the back seat with a loaded rifle. Just kidding

But you could remove the fuel pump and starter relays and buy one of those steering wheel locks

Remove the relay for fuel pump or starter, if u have an old iphone leave it under the seat with the find my iphone app that way u can easily track him down, lock in a garage somewhere, get a club thing for the steering wheel,

honey badger in the back seat?

if he's likely to steal the truck, keeping him from stealing it will probably just result in massive vandalism .... so +1 to the suggestion to move it elsewhere so he can't steal it or vandalize it

wouldn't it be nice if people could just grow up and take responsibility for their actions?
