For peace of mind I would go to the dealer with two keys and tell them to change the code. Who knows if you will ever see the keys again anyway. sure they could unlock the truck but it would never start with the wrong key code!

Put a Chevy bow tie on it. Most trucks with that are disabled all the time.

From car theft experience, the club is useless. They will cut your steering wheel and finagle the club off the wheel. Also had a locking device to keep the brake pedal(or clutch) from being depressed, useless. Nothing prevents a vehicle theft. As said above, get new keys programmed, pull a relay or park it in a garage. But also vandalism is something I'd be more worried about.

Sleep in the back with your choice of fine armaments, perform a citizens arrest if he attempts to steal it or vandalize it.
Or just shoot the ****er when he tries to steal it*
*NOTE: That is a joke. Try not to kill anyone.

get a pit bull with AIDS to sit in the front seat
vandalism i say is your worse worry after you pull a relay.
if they were fired for theft.....go get a PO to restrict them from being near your work or home or vehicles... then if they do enter it will add charges to the crime and the time will be increased in the pokey
