I have a rack that I picked up a year ago (or so) that I have not been able to determine what "specific" model(s) it fits.

EL34-3D070-BB (yes, it's verified and double-checked)

Brand new... not a speck of dirt on it... was "lost freight".

SO FAR... the best I've found was 2014 (and possibly 2013) F150 Stdcab, 4x4, no HD tow pkg. I'm told it's an update from the "AB" suffix.

Anyone have any better info, or can verify?

Wouldn't it fit any model with EPAS?

I don't think it would fit any model because im sure the width between the front tires is probably wider then another coed car

Default Possible fix for EAPS failure

Hello,
My 2011 with 108K miles decided to stiffen up a few weeks ago. I read all the posts, watched YouTube and reluctantly ordered the new rack for $1200. In the meantime I recalled a video I watched where the guy talked about the small u-joint in the steering column. I figured no way but I took a shot anyway and soaked the joint with Liquid Wrench. All stiffness has been gone for three weeks now. So I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and start with the joint.

So before you sink all that money in a new rack you might try this. Hope it helps!

Mine just started the dreaded process of the EPAS failure. Does anyone have the TSB #? My dealer is very cool and is willing to work with me, but all of these complaints about ti not being covered under warranty are worrying me.

Default Failing EPAS or iced components.

My issue was the steering shaft u-joints needed oiled.

I have a 2011 ford f150 4x4 i have only had for around 6 months. I just had the engine replaced a few weeks ago and have not had a single problem out of it. I love the truck but starting to have more problems out of it. As i was backing up my service advance trac came on and i lost my power steering and my blinkers stopped working does anyone know what it could possibly be went out without a warning

This will and can happen when you are turning at full lock in reverse or forward in these trucks with the electric rack. I get it everyonce in a while when backing my trailer up camping.

Has always cleared after a restart and driving a few km down the road for the wheel speed sensors to cycle properly.
