Default Which Duratrac tire? 2010 XLT 4x4; Other Duractrac owners?

Available are LT275/65R18, LT275/70R18, LT295/65R18
Will all of these fit stock rims, no lift? Which do you suggest?

I had them on another vehicle and liked them very much; just don't know which size to put on this new F150.

I plan on getting the 275/70's for mine. A guy I work with has them on his 06 2x4 with no rubbing issues at all. Mines a 2wd as well but I think I'm gonna put a leveling kit on it just to make it even. The 275/70's measure 33".

My input from other forums:

"I have the 295/65R18's for nearly 10K miles now. Installed on aftermarket wheels and had no rubbing on un-levelled FX4. It was close @ 33.1", but fell into the thinking 33's should be fine on a un-leveled 4x4. On a 2x4 there might be an issue.

About a week later, levelled the truck and they look damn good. I'm not quite at 2/32 tread depth loss but expect to when I hit 10K miles on the tires in another 500 miles. Wear has been great across the tread. Absolutely love the tires and will buy them again."

And from another forum:

"I know you have my reply on other forums but for guys on this forum I have the 295/65R18's on 18x9 wheels w/ 5.71 bs. I had this setup for a week before I put a 1.5" level on a '09 FX4. Had no rubbing issues and put on about 400 miles/week driving so truck didn't sit. From what I understand any '04+ 4x4 truck can handle 33" tires w/ no rubbing given the same/similar bs as current OEM wheels. "

I'm not going to reply to the 4th forum as that one is going down hill.

Thanks,
I did not understand that the wheels you have are the same so I did not understand that the 295's would work with the factory wheels.
I can't believe that there are not many Duratrac users on these forums; it is an exceptional tire.

Even though my Truck is an 07' I have the stock 20 inch rims which are the same size rims that are on the new model trucks. I have the Duratracs and absolutely love them! Best looking tire out there, get many questions and compliments on them. Handle the snow, ice and mud with out a problem and even stay quiet on the highway. I have 305/55/20's running on my truck with no leveling kit. No rub at all. Just have the tire stoe test fit them before you buy them. Discount tire test fit both of my front tires for free....Even drove it around the lot. They are pricey but you wont regret it.

I am going with the 275/70/18; a little taller than stock but should fit. On Order. Duratrac - Yes!

From what I hear the LT295/65R18 (33.1" diameter, 11.6" width on stock 18"x7.5" rims) is the best bet for a stock FX4 without level. Going to get some on order soon. I'll let you know how they work out.

EDIT*** Sorry I didn't see that these tires have a rim width range of 8" to 10" Going to have to go for the 275/70r18... 33.2" in Diameter and just under 11" wide. Lets hope I don't need the bilstein 5100's too lol.
