What if you want to keep things legal? What would be the best for more whistle, just CAI?

You will need to do both. I first started with an AFE CAI, which has created a ton of backpressure in the muffler. I have the exhaust coming, just didn't have the cash to do it at the same time.

Thanks guys! I was hoping that the cai would do it alone I don't really want to put an exhaust on it but stainless works looks pretty temping lol
