Default Drivetrain clunk ?

First of all new to the group so hoping to find some useful information. I have a 2012 f150 2wd supercrew with the eco boost. Truck has 52000 miles. The problem I m having is it has a clunk and jerk in a way when taking off from a stop and at times when sitting at a light and letting off of brake. I took the truck to the dealer and suggested it may be the driveshaft and they dismissed it and reprogrammed the powertrain control module. This did not fix it. Is there a fix for this and is there a way to get ford to cover it? I m having no luck with it.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah I know that. Still having trouble getting them to cover it. They said it would be an adjustment? Which is not covered.

Driveshaft slip yoke binding.

This has been a problem all the way back to the 97-04 generation.

Ford has some Teflon grease for this.

There's q Service Bulletin out on that and should be covered under warranty.

TSB 12-7-13. They'll fix it, and you can plan on having them fix it every couple years. The grease is a temporary fix... I've had it fixed once, and need it done again, but I've kind of gotten used to the clunk. Some days it's worse than others. Other days it's a double clunk. And yet some days it's not there at all. Nothing a little more grease can't fix... just like duct tape!

Yup. Have them grease it and see if that cures it.

Same thing for me, had the grease done a few times now it's out of warranty. It comes back every 3k miles and there is no "fix". Love the truck hate this issue.
