I will be getting ready to grease my slip yoke here soon and after reading this thread it seems the lithium grease from the TSB just doesn't hold up. I see the Amsoil and Archoil were tried, can any grease be used or should only a specific type be used on it? Also does anyone know the torque spec for the pinion flange bolts for when I hook the driveshaft back up?

Just impact them down, don't over stress it

If you need grease and a clamp let me know

Amsoil is working great
