Default Driveshaft clunk? Help please!

Hi

The vehicle: 2012 F150 XLT 3.7L 4WD. Very low mileage - 34,000 kms or 21,500 miles.

The issue: when going up a steep, twisty road this winter a few times I've noticed a bit of a shudder coupled with a clunk noise from underneath the truck. You can feel it through the floor. Not huge but it's there. This happens when I lift off the gas for a corner or something and then accelerate again. Speeds of 40-50 km/h or 20-30 mph. I've always been in 2WD when this happens. Doesn't happen all the time.

There is a common rear driveshaft issue on YouTube which sounds similar where folks simply remove the shaft, grease it and put it back on.

Am I dealing with the same issue or do you think it could be something else? I can't imagine it's a worn U-joint at my low mileage! Advice welcome.

Thanks in advance.

I believe crewcabs have a 2 piece drive shaft, where as super/standard cabs have a 1 piece.

I have a 6.5 ft bed with the supercab (goofy suicide doors).
