Default This drives me NUTS!!!!

anybody's offroad meter say that truck is going up or down a degree even though it is on flat ground? mine says 3 deg on flat ground. anyone know where this sensor is or how to reset it?

good question. the truck was stock, then i leveled it... BUT the meter zero'd out leveled. THEN i took the level off and now it says 2-3 deg.

strange, huh?

Well, in stock trim, the truck does have about a 3 degree slope toward the front, right? Seems strange that it would read the other direction now......there must be a way to reset it.

Mabey try disconnecting the battery. The loss in power may cause the computer to re calibrate when re-connected. Just thinking out loud on this one.

Mine has to tilt roughly 7 degrees (front / back) before it'll even read 1 degree on the monitor... but the left / right will read on the smallest of crowned roads.

Battery disconnect didn't help mine.

How do you know the grade you are on isnt at 3 deg??

That's because the truck is still relatively level with the surface you are traveling on
