Default Drivers window "jumpy"

I have a 2013 fx4 screw.... My drivers window kind of "hops" (lack of better words, and also what the dealership defined it as) on the way down. Almost like something inside is oval that should be round. Took it in today for pinion seal, seat tearing, and the window thing. They said it's "normal", cleaned and lubed it and sent me on my way. Does anyone else's do this?? It drives me nuts!

Does it make any noises? I've noticed that mine has recently started making a thumping sound while I'm letting it down. Seems like I noticed a jerky movement the other day also, but it was barely noticeable.

Mine is a '13 FX4 screw also. Report back if Ford finds a problem.

Just got it home... Not doing it at the moment, but all they did was put dry lube on it and clean it. Same thing they did to my rattling rear slider and it came back...

Had my truck do three small hops when rolling down in cold weather with a small thud each hop. Went in to dealer and told them my motor was failing and i was hoping to get it fixed before it breaks in rain. They took it in to look at it then called my saying they replaced everything in door under warranty. Was really impressed with service.

2013 RCLB 5.0 for reference. 10k miles

As of yesterday, it's back to being jumpy.... I wonder if I just take it in to the dealer every two weeks to have them put "dry lube" on it, if they'll eventually just replace the mechanism causing the problem? Geez this is annoying!!!
