Nahh you're not the odd man out on this subject, you will always hear more squealing from those with issues than those not.
I'm with you in the fact the seats in my 13 xlt are unarguably the MOST comfortable than any other vehicle I have ever owned in the last 20 years.
I have taken 2 long road trips of over 250 miles and my back has never felt less pain in doing so.

Ok, I'm guilty of being in the "comfortable guy" club. I'm 6'1", 185 lb. I like the seats on my '13 XLT. I added some padding to the driver seat lumbar area when I installed heaters. I've done several long trips - Ohio to Montana and Ohio to New Jersey - the seats are good for me now but I think a "dead pedal" for my left foot is in order.
Maybe a block of wood or some formed aluminum or something. I want my left foot to be able to rest at roughly the same angle as my "gas pedal foot".

Hmm... I've been nearly crippled for the last 2 months myself. Really bad left leg pains. After google search I determined that I had siatic nerve problems but maybe not! May be the truck. I went to a chriopractor 3 or 4 times and it seemed to help a little but he cracked one of my ribs and that hurt so bad that it took my mind off the pain in my leg so I havn't went back. I am curious as to how many other people will chime in on this.

I have a 2012 with cloth seats. I can drive for 30 to 40 minutes and I have to stop and get out. My left left gets numb. While driving it feels like the seat does not have much cushion and I can feel the pressure from the seat frame on my left leg. I do not have a wallet in my back pocket.
If you want to try it ...e-mail me and I'll send instructions on what I did along with a couple of pictures of the springs and modifications.

Despite all of the above, my '13 XLT is one of the more comfortable vehicles I've owned. It could maybe have a BIT more cushioning, but aside from that, my wife and I both love it.

I really miss the seat from my '03 F250. I thought it was broken down a little, but still 10X better than the seat in my 2012 F150.
Sorry, but give it time... That nice firm cushion will soon break down and reveal the seat frame under your outer hip/thigh area. I'm 5'10" and 215, not much more than you, and this seat is torture.

Bought my truck back in June. At that time I felt the seat was very comfortable. However, riding it day after day has my left leg sore. I've tried almost every setting with the electric adjustments with no relief.
The seat appears to mount on dense plastic or steal bars under the foam. While sitting in the seat it feals like my left side it riding right on this bar. I'm 250lbs and 6 foot. Big guy, but not huge in my opinion. It probably doesn't help that it's the left side and that foam gets a little more work when I get in and out of the truck.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or has anyone took these seats apart? If I reach under the right side of the foam I can feel the bar. I'm curious if I could load some dense material on top of this bar to ease the pain. Or put some more foam in the left side of the seat. Not sure what to do at this point.
The last thing I thought about was not liking the seat or having trouble in it. I have own 10 vehicles and have never has an issue like this. There just isn't a lot of foam between the driver and the bar IMO.
Any advice is helpful. Thanks.

Fixed mine today, I'm not sure how long this will last, but I have an 8 hour drive next weekend to try it out on. It is definitely more supportive under my ars. I used cardboard and an old exercise mat. No seat removal required, just slid this in under the foam.
