Hmm, sounds like you've got a problem, not them.
To be truthful, I'm totally tired of the guys with F'ed up headlights, and the other ones that don't have the common consideration to turn them down. Fully, a third of the drivers I meet have to be told to dim them. I'll flash them, and if I don't get any response, I assume they have them on high, and have no problem with just leaving mine on high.
I see a great many "tow vehicles", yes, F150's and the like, "towing" a baby trailer or boat, with the *** end sagging, and thinking that's just fine to do that, and blinding others.
I could make a lot of money for the state of Michigan if I was a cop, and felt like stopping those idiots for not caring if the ruin someone elses night vision.
Not saying I'd do this, but I wonder what the outcome would be if I sideswipped them with my 42 wheeler, because I couldn't see because of them.
And before anyone tells me to have my eyes checked, guess what, according to the eye doctor, there ain't nothig wrong with my eyes.
I suppose, if I was an inventer, I could make a lot of money by coming up with some sort of missle launcher. One that would auto load and fire at anyone over a certain light intensity, for say, more than 5 seconds.

level surface with a straight wall. tape the cutoff area on the wall. drive back and fourth and aim them to where they don't raise or lower when moving back and fourth. just lowering them may lower them too much or not enough. do it correctly for the safety of yourself and other drivers.

back in France, most cars (even the low-end cheapo ones) have a simple rotating switch to adjust your lights from inside. Like a 0-1-2-3 position, 0 being an empty car (driver only) and 3 being 4-5 people and a trailer. ***-end sags, you turn the switch, and the lights move down.
I'm sure not many people actually know what it does and use it, but it's there and it would a very easy solution to implement (from the manufacturers) , especially for our trucks. I dont remember seeing it too often here, on cars or trucks...

Then, auto head lights on when wipers are on. But that's another story.

That's pretty cool. Now take it a step further, and have the lights adjust themselves. Something on the lines of auto level on an air ride suspension. Would take all the "labour" out of it for North American drivers, crap, wouldn't lose any energy thinking even. We know how many calories and nanoseconds thinking consumes.

To the OP don't worry I did noting to my truck and I got flashed 5 times on a 2hr drive. For those that are just jumping on him Ive had the same happen to me and the front end of mine has not be leveled or raised. (Stock)
