Default drivers flashing brights at night.

I swear that if one more ignorant driver flashes their brights at me, there is going to be a national news road rage story..

Driving home last night I had three on coming drivers turn on their brights moments before passing, one guy turned on his brights and sped up to keep up to me after I passed him, and countless drivers giving me the quick flash as I approached..

I do have to admit that I get a warped sense of satisfaction giving the quick flash drivers the brights treatment, but it's getting old really quick.

The next guy is getting the brights AND the Ridgid floods. Screw you jerk, here, stare at the sun for a minute..

Did you re-aim your headlights after adding the leveling kit and larger tires?

<edit> Cobra beat me to it.

Umm are you sure you aren't the ignorant one and have your headlights aimed properly?

Top of low beam should be 36" or under at 25' from a wall.

Love the "it must be their problem, not mine so I won't even think about seeing if my headlights are pointed too high" mentality

They're probably flashing you because they think your highs are on. Now a days with all the fancy hids and projectors and what not those things are bright as hell. And if your lifted or leveled you should readjust the beams, you can't get mad at people flashing if it's kind of your fault. I see it all the time with all the big *** lifted truck around where I live and I drive my truck stock and a work van and those lights get me good imagine being in a little car with lights like that hitting you.

Ya. The level was installed by my dealer who re-aimed the lights as stated on the work order. I haven't actually checked, but I don't see a difference.

The problem is all the guys running after market HIDs without projectors that produce so much glare and are offensive that as soon as people see blue lights they think of those and get mad. I get flashed for my HIDs in my '14 fx4 they aren't offensive at all, projectors help soften the light to oncoming traffic. I usually hit my brights once to show them and usually they back off if not leave the brights on it's going to be worse for them then me. Call me a jerk don't care you drive at 430am 45min-1 hour in the country with a foot of snow, -40, and lots of deer and moose running around I wanna see what's out there.
