Same thing in my 2014 XLT but, if I blast it good, and get the cab where I
want it, I can go to feet only and it is no problem. Gotta tweak on a
longer drive, but I've never been in a vehicle I didn't have to fiddle with after
a bit.

My '14 is the same way. Very little air flow on the drivers side foot well.

I didn't get to the dealer's yet. I have plugged off the passengers' foot vents with pipe insulation...still lets a little air thru. I cut out the 2 little bars across the driver's side foot vent to get even that little bit out of the way. I am now getting a little more air on the drivers' feet, but nothing like the passenger side when unplugged.
