Door Panel Rattle Over Bumps

Door Panel Rattle Over Bumps
It seems that on any slight bump in the road or joint in the pavement, the front doors in my 2013 crew cab sound like they are about to fall apart. I pulled the switches out, and tape all over the bottom of them to where they wouldn't move around in the plastic housing in the arm rest. This helped for the smallest of cracks in the road, which is nice. But, any expansion joint and it literally sounds like the truck is falling apart.
If I put pressure on the arm rest, or push my knee up against the door panel it deadens the sound to almost nothing. Same goes if a passenger does this on the passenger side panel. I have all the door stops in place and have retorqued all of the bolts holding the panel to the door itself and that didn't help. I have seen several threads on this from a few years ago, but none really seem to come to a conclusion. Short of buying foam tape and going to town on the inside of the door panel, does anyone have any other ideas?
The noise drives me insane. It is not the sound of anything inside the door, but the panel itself since it stops with pressure put on it.

I hate to break it to you, but my passenger door rattles badly at the moment and I’ve done every fix in the book without success.
-Wrapped the door panel hooks with foam, no improvement.
-Did the Superduty Door seal mod which everyone says stops the rattle. It didn’t help at all. (still worth it though - reduced road noise).
-Reinforced the door panel rubber bump stops with adhesive-backed foam to snug the door panel and prevent movement – no improvement.
-Wrapped the wire harnesses for the switches with adhesive backed foam. No improvement.
-Applied CLD layer (dynamat etc) to the vapor barrier sheet to stop potential flexing of kinks in the sheet that would cause a rattle type noise – no improvement.
-Applied closed cell foam w/ adhesive backing all over the inside of the door panel – no improvement.
-Wedged a piece of rubber between the door and the installed door panel, tried it in various locations - zero improvement.
-Added a mass loaded vinyl sheet between panel and door. A great road noise reducing mod, but didn't do anything to stop the rattle.
My rattle only occurs when the door panel is installed. I bang on the door panel and can hear it coming from a specific spot behind the panel. I remove the panel and bang on the door and there is no rattle. I reinstall the door panel, tighten all mounting bolts, and the rattle is back.
I’ve had my door panel off 30 times doing everything imaginable and for some reason, the rattle got A LOT WORSE in the last few days. Now it rattles over every little bump and is driving me crazy.
My next thing is to apply butyl rubber to the crevices of the area of the door panel where I can hear the noise coming from. My drivers side door has never rattled, only the passenger side.
This is ridiculous....

Yeah its sad. If this rattle didnt exist my truck would be Lexus-quiet with all of the other sound deadening mods I've done to it. But this rattle is so bad that it completely ruins the driving experience.

Apparently when you own a Ford truck you’re also signing up for a part-time job trying to get rid of interior rattles.

regarding the windows, not sure their can be. Looks to me part of the problem is ford went with those piece of **** worthless design ever regulators with the ****ing wires............ so no matter what you do there is going to be flex in the mechanism.
I guess the only other thing can do is cover the dash, door panels in leather and cnc machining all new parts to replace the plastic garbage.

I have the shorty center console. The latch started creaking/rattling terribly. The only 'fix' was to wedge a piece of rubber under the latch handle so now the lid just 'floats' on top of the console without actually shutting. But it's the only thing that made the rattle go away other than ditching the console and putting a jumpseat in.

So I took the doors off and lined as much stuff as I could with window insulation and tape any loose wires. I stuffed the door handle assembly on the back side full of foam because it would rattle in place. I also torqued everything down really well. The driver's said is noticeably better, but the passenger side still sounds pretty bad on bumps. I haven't touched the rear doors, I may do them tonight. I now notice the upper sunglass holders rattle pretty bad too, but not just because there's glasses in them.

I think that black vapor barrier skin is responsible for alot of noise. It seems to get kinks in it that come and go with changes in ambient temperature and those kinks get disturbed going over every little bump, making it flex and rattle.
I'm going to rip that entire sheet out and replace it with adhesive backed foam (CCF)...

Since the rattling is stopped by putting weight/pressure on the door, I wonder if getting a heavy metal plate or something wrapped in cloth or foam and setting it in the bottom door pocket might help. It would probably have to be fabbed to fit perfectly so to not create another rattle itself.
