Stock for sure, measure your top of wheel well to ground, probably somewhere around 37 inches, stock... 38.5+ there is some lift somewhere or you have a small v6...

Honestly the thing I have been comparing to other trucks is the gap between the top of the tires and wheelwell. To me it seems to be larger than many others I notice parked or going down the road. If according to my pics the consensus is my truck is stock then maybe I need new glasses...lol

Haha, I sit right about 3" higher than stock. When another 150 is next to me, from my view, he looks to be the same height, although I know I'm taller than him. Maybe we both need new prescriptions.

Boost :)
Don't ever measure your fender height from the ground. Different tires, air pressures, etc will effect that number. Always measure from the center of the hub up to the peak of the arch of the fender well.
Most people will try to keep the measurements front to back the same when leveling or lifting so if you have different measurements, that generally is a good idea it isn't lifted at all. Not always of course, but usually.

Doesn't appear to be a bodylift. The gap between the bed floor and frame would be a lot more than seen in the photo of the rear wheel well. You'd also see more frame from the side.
A body lift is when someone takes spacers and sticks them between the body/box mounts and the frame. Jacks the body up off the frame.
Look at a chivvy/gmc from the side, could you imagine that much frame showing on a 150?
