Default Does my truck have a lift?

This is my first truck and I purchased it used. I can't tell if it has a lift or just a leveling kit. The tires look so tiny on it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Definitely looks like at least a leveling kit and maybe even a larger rear block. Look into your front wheel well and look at the top of your strut to see if there is a spacer on it. You could also measure the height of your wheel wells from the ground to the fender lip to compare it to stock height.

Check to see if there are leveling blocks in the front suspension. If you need to, go park your truck next to what you know to be a stock truck at the dealer, and you can compare the height as well as the looks of the front and rear suspension.
It does look to me like you have a leveling kit on the front, and combined with low profile 20 inch tires, that is creating the space between the tires and fender tops.

Thanks everyone. I'll look when I get home tonight. I love it so far, except when I pull up to the gas station.
