Default Does anyones bluetooth do this

Whenever I make (or take) a call useing BT they say it sounds like its windy or the window is open. Its at the point I just use the phone instead of BT.

On my 2013 xlt the microphone is just above my head to the right, next to the sun visor in the side of the overhead console.

I had a similar issue. It was so bad that Sync did not recognize my commands.i took it in thinking the mic was bad. They said all they had to do was reset the system. It's been two months now and it's still working fine.
