does anyone know?
How much would my bed full of water weigh?
In the summer i thought about lining it with a tarp and filling it with water as a makeshift pool, but not sure how much weight that is, if its safe to put that much in there.

Not very hard to do. Look up the cubic feet of your bed, it is on the Ford site in brochure section etc and is anywhere from about 55 cf to 81 depending on your bed.
Then, just multiply that times how much a cubic foot of water weighs which you can look up on one of the internets.
Plus, your idea sounds ________, but we are not allowed to hurt people's feelings here. Thanks

I would guess about 1500 lbs.

answer: 8.34 x depth of bed (in) x length of bed (in) x width of bed (in) / 231 = weight of the water in lbs
although that'll be slightly more than the actual weight since it doesn't account for the volume of the bed taken up by the wheel wells or the tarp
