Do these alignment specs look right?
The truck has handled great for years with Fox coil-overs. Recently my tire shop did an alignment (see initial specs) causing the steering to be over sensitive and constantly correcting.
I took it to a different alignment guy (see final specs) and now it handles better but not quite as stable as it did originally. It has a slight pull to the left.
I called them back to tell them about the pulling to the left and now they are blaming it on the tires.

The caster on the right wheel is a bit higher than it should be when considering side to side split but I seriously doubt it's enough to make the truck pull, they are probably right about the tires, Swap them side to side and go drive again.

The reason I don't think it's the tires is that it did not pull to the left until this last alignment a couple days ago.

The caster readings indicate a possible drift to the left, are you confusing drift with pull?
Drift= some distance after releasing the steering wheel and you having to correct to keep a straight line.
Pull= the vehicle immediately trying to change lanes as soon as you release the steering wheel.

I would like to add that the toe-in should be reduced. Larger tires respond better to keeping the numbers "flatter and straighter". I would tend to prefer specs closer to your "initial" numbers, but with a toe-in no more than 1/16". Your first alignment would have responded better had they lowered the toe-in number.

Yes Drift better describes what I'm feeling. So should I have them adjust the right caster to 3.8 or so and keep the toe the same?

Yeah that should do it, I also think they should bring that toe in closer to 1/16 total for both wheels.

I'm taking it back in on Tuesday. I'll have them adjust the right caster and toe. Thanks for the help guys!

Have them check out your steering components also. With the lift could wear them out. Tie rods inner and outer, ball joints upper and lower, control arm bushings....ect. Tire pressures equal.

All the suspension components are in good condition. I check my tire pressure religiously. Truck has 59,000 miles on it now and the Duratracs have 22,000 miles.
