I did my own as well. Ordered the rubber sheets from Grainger.com. Got the push clips at the auto store.

la_leo - Anybody ever find a pre fab front wheel well liner for the 5.0?
  • there is no "pre fab" for the 5.0Ls (nor the 3.7Ls, 6.2Ls).
  • the apron is only available on the models with the EcoBoost engine
  • the apron is not available as a separate part. MEANING: The entire wheel well shield must be purchased and installed. Other possible solution - salvage yard removal.

Used rubber mats designed for stairs. Wasn't going to go out of my way/pay more for a sheet of rubber.

Props to Joe's guide once again on this. I find myself looking at how other trucks have these.

On Chevy they actually shape a hump on the liner to go over the coilovers.
