I have a 2013 xlt with basic sync /no Sony and it has them. Having one replaced today due to previous owner blowing it and the passenger door speaker out. They are actually going to replace both front door speakers and the tweeter under my bumper to bumper warranty.

My 11 fx4 does not have them, would the wiring be there if I swapped out the pillars with ones that had the cut outs?

Every 2012 and newer F-150's with a factory CD player has tweeters. Only the XL's with the older style radio without a CD player don't come with factory tweeters.
