There's special greese for poly bushings. I bought some from a local speed shop a few years ago when I was bagging my ranger. You'd have to disassemble the rear to get the greese into the tight spots as its really thick and doesn't flow well or really spread well. To

You just need a louder stereo. Seriously though loosen everything up, lubricate with aforementioned whale sperm energy lube or white lith, torque to djm specifications. Drink beer/whiskey. Hopefully this resolves the issue. For what it's worth my ucas make noise and I deal with it. If stock suspensions were fun we would all have them

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm curious to see if anyone found a solution. We lowered our '12 Ecoboost on the Maxtrac 3/5 kit but ended up raising the rear with the rear section of the 2/4 kit; so technically it's a 3/4 kit now with the OEM rear shackle and the front leaf spring bracket from Maxtrac.

I don't remember it squeaking in the beginning (last year when installed) but the past summer the squeaking has increased, particularly when accelerating from a stop or laying into the throttle while cruising. Basically putting weight on the rear leaf springs. I have yet to un-bolt everything, hit the sides of the rubber bushings with grease, and retorque the leaf spring bolts on the ground to be sure they're not overtorqued.

We thought about going poly as we've done that on two of our roadsters with great success. Just didn't know if going poly on the leaf springs would solving the creaking issue.

Did you lube the bushing prior to install? I did a pair of maxtrac shackles and forgot to lube them and started squeaking a few weeks later. I put a few shots of lithium based grease and it's has quieted down.

Make sure it's lithium based. Regular grease will deteriorate the bushings

The Maxtrac 3/5 kit has the red poly-bushing rear shackle with the zerk fitting. When we swapped over to the rear section of the 2/4 kit it had us put back on the OEM shackle and add on the drop bracket that attaches to the front leaf bushing so the rear retained all rubber bushings. I didn't grease anything then as it was all rubber.

I'll see if white lithium on the side faces of the rubber bushings will quiet it down first.

Well it must be something else squeaking then. I can tell you it does get annoying.
