Disappointed by my Anzo's

The new Anzo U bar headlights are so sharp but I won't get them now. I actually like my tail lights, the match well with the FX4 logo on the sides. I do think I am going to put the Anzo Mirror turn signals on it though. They replace the ugly reflectors and you just piggy back the turn signal wiring. We shall see.

Thanks for the heads up and ignore the trolls. The only thing worse than sub quality parts is adding crappy customer service too. I'd love a set of 2013 OEM HIDs but I'd have to sell a kidney or my first born to get em.

I have had my Anzo taillights on for about a year and no problems so far. No water in it at all.
Some of the problems stem from improper install of the wiring connector. If I remember right, the Anzo connector needs to be plugged into the taillight bulb socket and then push the excess wiring into the wiring hole and attach the existing bulb connector to the new tail light. In the past some people were leaving the hole open where the wiring comes out, allowing water to get in. Maybe not the OP's problem but I thought I would just mention it.
Sounds like Anzo's customer service is very poor though.

As for Anzo, they are a cheap brand similar to much of the crap you see in the Pep Boys car accessories isle. Not bashing OP just stating my opinion on the brand mentioned. I do like threads like these because they can offer some real world experience because I have bought expensive upgrades with low quality as well and wished I knew before buying.

I got a pair of smoke LED taillights only a year ago. I think they are RECON(got them on EBAY). I LOVE how they look on my black F150. However, I found out last night that 2 of the LED's on the passenger side are not lit anymore. Randoms ones too, not in the same row or column. Now they look like crap. I haven't had the chance to investigate yet, but I pretty sure it won't be an easy fix, if it can even be fixed. Never had a condensation problem or "hyper flash." Hoenstly, I think this is worse. If I can't fix it, I will not be wasting anymore money on LED lights. I'll stick with traditional bulbs that can be simply replaced in a matter of minutes at a fraction of the cost. They had me convinced that the pro's outweighted the con's, and that LED last dang near forever.

I have anzo heads I had a seal issue with one and I just re sealed and it's been a year without issue. Everyone suggests recons but IMO with the halos and led strip it's just to busy

I'll never understand why the few companies who actually make aftermarket lights can't seem to offer a product that doesn't leak, stops working soon after install, or some other issue that just shouldn't happen.
It must be very difficult to make something - even something that is relatively expensive! - that doesn't have problems. Because next to no one can do it it seems. Recon, Spyder, Anzo, all of 'em. The exception is when they work flawlessly; the rule is that there is some kind of problem. Chalk it up to the times, I guess, but it used to be that some companies took pride in their products - now it's just all about the quick profit, I suppose.

I installed the Anzo mirror led blinkers on my truck, sealed them Completely with silicone....
Still my driverside had 2 of the 5 leds quit working... I purchased these from stage 3 Motorsports, hopefully Anzo will replace the sd one.
