Angry 2009 KR no fuel

Greetings All, my tale is a sad and somewhat long one so I am going to get the issue up front then explain how I got here.

-- No fuel from the injectors, 3.2v with KOEO read at #1 injector harness, no fuel on plug, fuel pump running, ~35PSI at rail, injectors are new, no codes -- Now for the details:

I purchased the truck with 91K miles and a known cam phaser tick and a broken right side exhaust manifold. Good deal and I figured I would just pull the motor and fix what I needed to. Once the engine was out things got ugly, worn cams, gunk in the oil pan/pickup tube, etc. I decided to just buy a reman longblock and replace everything that I could. So the list began:
  • 5.4 3v from Tristar Engines
  • Complete new exhaust
  • All new sensors (Motorcrafts)
  • New VVT solnoids
  • Water pump
  • Belts/hoses
  • Coil packs
  • Plugs
  • New injectors
  • Radiator
The list goes on, safe to say that if I could source a new part I replaced it. So here I am with about $8k worth of parts in my garage, a willing assistant (my son) and cold beers in the fridge. Time to start.

Things as well as can be expected. Everything goes in and bolts up, all electrical connections are cleaned including grounds/contact points. Got it all back together and crank it over to verify oil pressure. All good so its go time. I reconnect the crank sensor and move it outside to fire up. Cranks no problem but no start, ok I clearly did something wrong. I walk back over everything and do it twice. I cannot find an issue, everything in the truck works from the windows to the radio but no start. I replace the crank sensor with the same Motorcraft one I initially bought even through I knew it was working since I could see 160RPM on the tach when cranking. Nothing. I bleed the fuel rails and cycle the pump, ~35PSI all good. I spark test #1, all good. I go through every ground and connector for the 3rd time, nothing out of the ordinary.

So after dropping every name in the book, some I think the boy had heard for the first time, I try a hail mary. I break out the starting fluid and fog the intake upstream from the MAF sensor. Tap the pedal a couple of times and it fires then quickly dies.

No fuel right? Easy it must be bad parts? Yeah that didn't sound right a first either but what the hell lets install the old injectors and ... nothing.

Now I want to be clear that this isn't my first rodeo and I am very careful to not jack around and old wiring harness so I was extra careful when moving the main harness around and also careful with the engine harness itself so the possibility of it being a broken wire is low but I am not puttng anything out of the realm of possibility. I do have a low end code reader but there isn't anything stored so no help there. My last act yesterday was to order a Autel 808 so that I can actuate the injectors and the fuel pump plus see live data which I cannot do with my current scanner.

So thats my tale and if you made it this far I thank you for your time. Hopefully the old saying is true "misery loves company" and I can find someone out there that can point me in a positive direction.

Check fuse # 27 in the power distribution box. *Under the hood, above the radiator.

Thanks for the response @gDMJoe
I have checked every fuse for voltage and each fuse for continuity (break). I have not checked the circuit. Would that be what you recommend? If so what am I looking for? Happy to do it.

Sorry I was tired and did not check the attachment. I do not have any DTCs set and the fuse does not show any signs of damage. Thanks for the tip though. The journey continues.
