Next time you hear this ask them what "life" means for Ford.
I had the same wording on a BMW owners manual where BMW was saying is for "life" and ZF was saying 120K miles...
It happens to be that for BMW "life" of the vehicle is 100K miles.....

Yesterday we got finished with getting the front end all LED so this is my recent favorite photo. I had been waiting for the Lasfit anti hyper 1157 bulbs (size used by Spyder) since the ADM's did hyper flash. The fogs are ADM's. While the price is about the same thing as I paid for our top rated H7 LED headlight bulbs I do like the White/Amber combo for the parking/flasher bulbs. Our front end bulbs are more or less the same color. The old halogen fog lights looked like a real misfit.
This shot shows the Eagle Eye halo LED rear option we went with and the new pulled 2017 wheels and tires on a 2010 F150.
This shot shows the $20 3rd brake light at a distance. It is clear as in non smoke as well.

I'm purchasing a F-150 with the 3.5 EcoBoost, so I'm very interested in your observations. As a Mechanical Engineer I firmly believe in all synthetic and change it far more often than the MFG recommend.
Are your spark plugs "Iridium" type of plugs? Reason I am asking is that they generally last 90K to 100K, and the experience of the above users sure are not getting that kind of duration.
Thank you for your post!

The spark plugs themselves will last fine. The extra pressure from the turbos just increases the gap on the plugs too quick. You can pull them out, re-gap them, and put them back in with no issues. I just think most people find that going through all that and not replacing a $8 plug isn't worth it and you might as well just replace them. It costs you less than $50 to replace alll 6.
